Spring 2020 turned every advisory firm’s in-person meeting model upside down. Fresno Financial Advisors — a wealth advisory practice built on trust, long client relationships, and the kind of conversation that historically happened across a desk — needed a way to keep that warmth intact when consultations moved to Zoom.

Revelation Agency produced a piece designed to play right before each virtual consultation: a short on-brand video that introduced the firm, set the tone, and gave clients something familiar to anchor on before screens replaced handshakes. The goal wasn’t a marketing splash — it was a soft handoff between “new digital format” and the same conversation Fresno Financial had always had with its clients.

The video became the firm’s opening move in every remote consultation through the pandemic and after — a small piece of content with an outsized job: keep the relationship intact when everything else had changed.
